Anthony Castore

Cellular medicine & peptide expert

Castore Method

Presenter Bio

Anthony Castore has spent nearly thirty years coaching strength. He was one of the coaches at the Poliquin Performance Center in Chicago, working with professional athletes across multiple sports, before coaching online for the Strength Sensei organization, lifting at Westside Barbell, and training alongside the late John Meadows.

For the last twenty of those years he's worked closely with and shadowed Dr. Eric Serrano the bridge that took him from the rack into mitochondrial dynamics, redox biology, peptide pharmacology, and immune metabolism. As the first non-medical Fellow at the SSRP Seeds Scientific Research and Performance Institute, he works at the seam between strength coaching and cellular medicine where most programs hit their ceiling and the most complex athletes get referred out.

His method is simple to describe and harder to copy: identify whether a problem lives in cellular metabolism, immune metabolism, or the microbiome, then choose the smallest intervention that moves the right pathway. No hype. No stack-stuffing. No theory without a protocol. Just systems thinking, mechanism, and the clarity that comes from three decades of reps.

He's building the platform he wishes had existed when he started for coaches who already know their craft and are ready to see what sits underneath it.
