Personalized Programming is KILO’s highest level of individualized programming, designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who want training built entirely around their goals, movement, and abilities. Every detail is tailored. Every progression is intentional.
This is a professional coaching relationship focused on long-term development, not one-size-fits-all programming.
How It Works
Intake & Movement Analysis
Your onboarding begins with a detailed intake form reviewing your training history, goals, injuries or limitations, available equipment, and schedule.
You’ll then complete a Movement Analysis Session, filming key lifts from multiple angles. Your coach will review every rep and provide personalized feedback before your first program is written.
A video consultation will follow to discuss the findings, align expectations, and ensure that your programming accurately reflects your needs.
Program Delivery & Tracking
Your training is delivered through the TrainHeroic app, where you’ll:

Your coach adjusts and refines your training based on your feedback, videos, and performance.
Ongoing Support & Adjustments
Every 3 weeks, you’ll receive a new personalized training phase. Each phase includes a overview video explaining the purpose of the block, what’s changing, and how to execute the upcoming progression.
Every 12-week macrocycle, you’ll meet with your coach for a strategy call to review progress, refine goals, and map the next phase of development.
The more consistent your communication, training logs, and movement submissions, the more precisely your coach can tailor your programming.
3-Month vs 12-Month Memberships
Both memberships include the same level of coaching and support.
The difference lies in the depth of planning that your coach can develop over time.
3-Month Membership

12-Month Membership
Allows your coach to create a true long-term development plan with deeper progression, more refined adaptations, and strategic periodization that unfolds across the entire year.
