Cancellation policy
The KILO Continuum is a monthly subscription with a minimum 3-month commitment. You’ll be billed automatically each month on the same date using your chosen payment method. After the initial 3 months, your subscription will continue month-to-month unless canceled.
When membership is terminated, you will immediately lose access to The Continuum. If terminated before minimum period is reached, a two-month penalty will be due.
Returns and Cancellations
Downloadable products (Training Programs, Resources, Online Courses) are non-refundable as you receive the product upon purchase.

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We guarantee the quality of all of our products. We ask that you notify us of problems within 15 days of the receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
In-Person Courses
At KILO, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining the quality and integrity of our live courses. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to help you understand your options:

Full Refund Eligibility: To receive a full refund for a live course, cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to the course start date. This allows us to manage resources effectively and accommodate other participants.

Credit Option: If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you have the option to keep your payment as a credit towards any future purchases with KILO. This credit can be used for any of our offerings and provides you with the flexibility to choose a more convenient time or different course.

Cancellation Within 30 Days: For cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps cover the administrative costs and resources allocated for your reserved spot.

Early Termination Fee Policy for Online Coaching Membership
We are committed to providing exceptional coaching services to support your growth and success. To maintain the integrity of our service agreements, we have established the following early termination fee policy for our online coaching memberships.

Membership Commitment: By enrolling in our online coaching program, members agree to a specified term of service. This commitment allows us to allocate resources effectively and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Early Termination Fee: If a member chooses to cancel their membership before the end of the agreed term, a $500 early termination fee will be applied.

Cancellation Process: Members wishing to terminate their membership early must submit a formal cancellation request in writing via email.

Fee Payment: The $500 early termination fee will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced directly. Members will receive a confirmation email once the fee has been processed.
