I have been training with Stephane since the inception of Kilo with personalized programming, despite already having trained for at least 10 years prior to working, Kilo took my training to the next level, to me it was like starting from scratch, breaking down bad habits and repairing imbalances. In an industry filled with fads and many so called experts, Kilo's methodologies have given me continuous gains in strength, size and improved body composition.
