Are there prerequisites for online courses?

There are no prerequisites to enroll. If you are new to KILO, the MAP Assessment, Program Design and Periodization courses introduce the terminology and systems used throughout the curriculum. See the recommended certification pathway.

Where do I access my courses?

Sign in to the Online Education Portal. After your purchase, look for a separate welcome email with account setup instructions. Your course login is separate from your Shopify store account.

Do purchased online courses expire?

Purchased individual online courses include lifetime access, so you can work through the lessons at your pace and return to the material as your coaching develops.

Are course resources included?

Online courses include downloadable PDF resources. Review the individual course page for its curriculum, resources and continuing education credits.

Where can I find live seminars?

Visit our live education schedule for locations, dates and registration details.

How do I get help with an order?
