Where are the seminars held?
All courses are located at KILO Headquarters in Southern Florida unless specified differently in the Seminar Date. Our address is 2240 SW 70th Ave, Suite A, Davie, Florida 33317.
Currently the only 2025 Seminar not at KILO will be the August 2025 Comprehensive Periodization and Program Design in Antwerp, Belgium.
What is the seminar schedule?
All of our 2-Day courses run from 9AM to 5PM. We recommend arriving early, as we always start promptly at 9AM. All 2-Day Courses have practical sessions scheduled at 10:30AM and 3:30PM each day. We provide a 90-minute lunch break after the morning practical session.
Our one-day Comprehensive Seminars run from 9AM-5PM. We recommend arriving early, as we always start promptly at 9AM. There are no practical sessions during the one-day seminars, however we do provide Open Gym hours prior to the course and during the 90-minute lunch break if you would like to train during your course.
Are there pre-requisites for your courses?
No, there are no prerequisites for our live courses. However, familiarity with the KILO Curriculum and completing our Online Curriculum is highly encouraged to help you absorb content during live seminars. We also recommend listening to our podcast "Between 2 Racks" to further familiarize yourself with KILO.
Do you provide notes?
Yes, we provide slides during our live seminars that includes a section for notes. You are welcome to take notes on a laptop or tablet. However, recording of lectures is prohibited and will result in ejection from the event without a refund.
What is provided during seminars?
With your enrollment, you will receive a beloved KILO T-shirt and KILO BlenderBottle. We provide coffee and infused water throughout the day. All our seminars are sponsored by ATP Labs, giving you access to their supplements during the sessions and access to gaining a ATP Labs Wholesale Account upon completion of your KILO Course.
Do you offer Group Discounts?
Yes, we offer group discounts for groups of three or more students who register together. To receive a group discount invoice, please email us directly. Please note that group discounts do not apply to early bird pricing.

You can download the Student Guide here. You will receive a copy via email when you complete your enrollment.
How does the 6-Month Payment Plan work?
Our 6-month automatic payment plan is designed for convenience and flexibility. Subscribers are billed on a monthly basis, with each payment automatically deducted from your chosen payment method at checkout. The plan requires a minimum of six consecutive monthly payments to attend the selected seminar. Upon enrollment, your first payment will be processed immediately, followed by subsequent payments on the same date each month.
How does the 50% Deposit work?
The 50% Deposit is designed for convenience and flexibility. Upon enrollment, a 50% deposit secures your spot, with the initial payment processed immediately. The remaining balance is automatically deducted three months later, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Enjoy a seamless registration experience tailored for your ease!
