Private Immersion Internship | Application Required
Application Required | For KILO Level 2 Coaches and Above
The Private Immersion Internship is a highly focused, in-person educational experience for KILO coaches who want direct mentorship inside the KILO system.
This is built for coaches who have already completed a significant portion of the KILO curriculum and are ready to refine their understanding, ask better questions, and bridge the gap between studying the system and applying it with confidence.
Each internship is structured around the coach’s current level, professional goals, and areas of development. The experience may include program design review, periodization strategy, exercise selection, loading models, client case discussion, assessment reasoning, technical analysis, and applied problem solving.
Because of the depth of the material, all applicants must be a minimum of KILO Level 2 and must complete a prerequisite screening before booking. This ensures each coach has the foundation needed to make the experience productive, challenging, and valuable.
